As part of our Reassuring Moments programme, we have developed a contactless experience for your safety and comfort.

Use your personal device to navigate your contactless stay with Park Plaza. All of the below services are available via the Park Plaza Services Hub, which can be accessed via the QR code published on your welcome letter, as well as on the in-room screen.

Digital Services

Online check-in

Check in online in 30 seconds from your own device before you arrive. Simply pick up your keycard upon arrival or use the mobile key to enter your room.

Mobile key

Securely enter your room with a digital key. Once online check-in is complete, you can choose to receive the digital key via the Park Plaza Services mobile app, available in the App Store and Google Play.

Online chat

Chat to one of our team members who will be happy to assist with questions or requests you may have via WhatsApp or Web Chat.

Online room services

Order room service, including breakfast, with just a few taps directly from your personal device. Choose whether to pay online or at the door, without any direct contact with our team members.
