At Radisson Hotel Group Americas, our employee resource groups (ERGs) bring employees together in businesses and locations across the US, Canada, and Latin America. These groups are made up of employees who join based on shared characteristics or life experiences. Our ERGs are based on providing support, enhancing career development, and contributing to further the cultural education of Radisson Hotel Group Americas employees. Each group is made up of leaders, members, and volunteers and is supported by an executive leader.
