COVID-19 updates

One of the highest priorities at Radisson Hotels Americas is the health, safety, and security of guests. Read this page to learn how we’ve implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, are monitoring the ongoing pandemic, and adjusting our policies accordingly. Our commitment to health and safety
We are continuously monitoring and following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and local governments and health authorities in the countries in which we operate. This includes daily monitoring of COVID-19 variants and their impact on travel in the Americas. Radisson Hotel Group Americas will provide revised guidance with respect to COVID-19 protocols as needed.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols
We have partnered with Ecolab to reinforce our ongoing commitment with five Safety First protocols for effectively disinfecting and maintaining all areas of our hotels. Ecolab’s standards have helped guide their best-in-class training curriculum that provides hotels with tools and resources to educate hotel team members on the most up-to-date health and safety protocols. With the use of industry-leading, high-quality cleaning products, our hotel team members are able to provide a clean, safe stay that guests feel confident in. Each hotel has also been equipped with resources on how to handle suspected and confirmed cases of COVID-19 and lockdown procedures for quarantining purposes. 

Availability of amenities
The availability of food service, pools, fitness centers, and other amenities may be disrupted at hotels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can call your hotel in advance for the latest information on amenity availability. In accordance with governmental guidelines, some hotels may only be open to specific groups and can only be reserved by calling the hotel directly.

Individual reservations, leisure groups, business groups, and meeting and events:

Individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of booking will apply. Please refer to the booking or contract information that you received at the time your reservation was made for accurate cancellation policy information, or contact the hotel directly.

- If you booked through an online travel agent or third-party travel professional, you must contact that booking provider for any adjustments. 

Radisson Rewards Americas member updates
We appreciate our Radisson Rewards Americas members and recognize the unique challenges COVID-19 has brought to traveling. We want to share updates on what we are doing to extend your Radisson Rewards Americas benefits to show our thanks.

Elite status extension
We have extended 2021 status through February 2023 for those whose status would have expired in February 2022. This means you will continue to enjoy all the Silver, Gold, or Platinum member benefits you have access to today.  

Elite earning roll over
All eligible nights and stays earned in 2021 will roll over to 2022 and be applied toward maintaining or increasing your Elite status in 2023.
