About the Safety First Protocols

Your safety and comfort at every Radisson Hotels Americas location are our top priorities. Now more than ever, the confidence of a clean and safe stay is essential to our guests’ travel experiences. We have partnered with Ecolab to reinforce our ongoing commitment to clean and safe hotels. Ecolab’s standards have helped guide their best-in-class training curriculum that provides hotels with tools and resources to educate hotel team members on the most up-to-date health and safety protocols. With the use of industry-leading, high-quality cleaning products, our hotel team members are able to provide a clean, safe stay that guests feel confident in.

The updated Safety First protocols that we’ve rolled out to our hotels are:

1. Cleaning and Disinfecting

Increase cleaning and disinfection frequency throughout hotels, paying special attention to high-touch items and areas

Install alcohol-based hand sanitizing stations near the front entrance and public areas

Face coverings

Following the CDC’s latest recommendations, face coverings and social distancing are no longer required for fully vaccinated guests and hotel team members unless required by local law. We will continue to follow mask and safety guidance from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) and their Stay Safe guidelines as well as continuously monitor the changing COVID-19 situation.
