While COVID-19 may have changed the way we gather, our hotels provide a variety of event facilities so you can still host successful functions. We’ve developed a 10-step protocol for these areas to ensure your venue has been extensively cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Your health is a priority to us, and we invite you to learn more about our disinfecting process.

Our 10-step procedure for Meetings & Events

1. Personal belongings

Ensure the safe handling of personal belongings in designated areas.

2. Sanitizing stations

Install stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer and gloves in hotel public areas and meeting and event spaces.

Ensure your hotel event manager is available for contact directly through your own device, to assist with your requests during the event.
