  • You can also enter-exit through the Waffle House Parking lot. Elevator isn’t by desk, other doors and parking areas may be better for room (prkmn4)

  • Tricky driveway entrance from Tunnel Road as the property is downhill and not visible from the road. After the first time, it's easier. (2BeAlive)

  • Location of hotel allows you to have a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The hotel was clean on the outside. The lobby area, hallways, and elevators were clean. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Friendly staff.

  • We were attending the Monet Exhibit at the Biltmore. This was a perfect property for us...close, very nice, staff was super, and the price was fair. We also ate at a nearby restaurant, Cornerstone, which was perfect...varied menu and knowledgeable waiter.

  • My family and I have stayed at this location several times over the past year. We love staying here. It's always clean and welcoming. The staff is always amazing as well. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

  • I’ll give the hotel give stars they just need to clean the jacuzzi it was not so clean. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s near pretty much everything . Also I had a great view of the mountains!

  • Good location (near mall) with anywhere in Asheville just a short drive. Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were clean with a comfy bed. Delicious breakfast with a good variety (waffle, sausage, eggs). I would stay here again.
