A rush trip to Asheville to see my brother before he died and needed to be close to the facility and family. This hotel covered all the bases, with breakfast, clean room, internet, location, cookies, coffee and tea available, a well lighted parking lot.

We booked our stay very last minute & knew we would have a late arrival (after midnight) - my worries were immediately put to ease after speaking with the representative who answered my late-night call. He reassured us that we could check in as late as we needed, was super helpful, & answered all of my questions regarding online booking & our stay. We had a lovely experience with friendly & accommodating staff, a clean room, & a tasty breakfast before we departed to finish our travels. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much :)

Great hotel, convenient to all West ASV has to offer. Priced much friendlier than her downtown analogues. The friendly staff make navigating Asheville’s daunting number of breweries, cideries, etc easy. Just be aware of their “No deadly venomous Monitor Lizards” policy. While I found that comforting, the exotic pet dealer who wanted room 666 seemed unhappy when she heard the phrase “We must protect ALL of our guests and staff,”.

I was on a business trip with another lady. The hotel they originally booked us in gave us a twin bed for 2 people and said nothing else was available. We made reservations for Country Inn online & drove over. The rooms are clean and roomy. Lacey was there when we checked in and when we checked out. She was awesome!
