Obviously a well managed hotel with professional, friendly employees located within 10 to 20 minutes to the state park, and 5 to 10 minutes of downtown and surrounding art and dinudistricts, this hotel is a great, best priced experience.

This lodging is more than adequate and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean; our king room was spacious. Appreciated the walk in shower. Coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in room. Coffee/tea always available in lobby. Cookies available in lobby at check-in until they're gone. Nice pool, small workout area and guest laundry available. Good options for breakfast, however table availability could be an issue. The only downside....there's only 1 elevator and it's a little on the slow side. However, if you're not carrying luggage, there are steps at both ends of the hotel and they're easy to navigate. Location was perfect for us. Close to Biltmore; close to Arts District; close to Arts River District Walking path; close to good restaurant options and breweries. For the price, we would definitely stay here again.

We had our two dogs with us and everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. It was super clean and felt good. We loved being able to do laps in the pool at the end of the night. They also have fire pits to hang around with other guests. Will definitely be staying whenever we’re up Asheville with the dogs.

Clean and updated hotel. Rooms were large with walk in showers, comfy beds and no stains or odd smells. The hotel offers free breakfast and a complimentary shuttle in & out of downtown area. Staff is friendly and welcoming… plus you can bring your dog! What’s more to want??

We arrived in the evening not knowing what to expect. We arrived in our room and everything was very comfortable. Also we woke up and they had an excellent complimentary breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and biscuits with gravy is what I chose. I would definitely go back.
