I saw reviews were 7.5 out of 10. I usually choose hotels that are 8 and above but this one deserved a 8.5 for a couple of reasons. You can hear noise pretty easily outside your door, the bathroom light would turn on and off whenever the a/c unit turns on which got a little annoying before going to sleep, and you couldn't bring your breakfast to the room unless you had a plastic container which was nowhere to be found. Everything else was great!

I loved this hotel, family friendly and by tons of activities and restaurants. The movie theater was next door and the mall. There were so many stores to choose from. Starbucks there were 3 by the location too. Checkout buffet golden corral

Customer service was excellent. Our king room had a separate living area along with two nice tv's. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows a bit small but I always bring my own, so no problem. Breakfast is very good. Parking area is well lit. Location was great for our needs. Shopping right next door. I travel frequently, I was a bit concerned by reading some of the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.
