Love love love Danielle!!!!! We CC are never disappointed when coming here. It’s very clean and welcoming. I recommend this hotel over any other in the area. Friendly housekeepers. Like I said, Danielle is absolutely amazing!!!

From check in to breakfast options this is an amazing total package hotel. Ve r y clean in all areas and when I got.toothbrisshes the front was happy to supply 2 for us!! Ample parking and clean outsidw property as well.

Service was great, the checkin was fast and easy, the room was clean and comfortable and location was easy to find. Close to public transportation or quick drive into downtown Charlotte. Would definitely stay here again when in Charlotte.

The room we were upgraded to was really comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom well stocked with all that was required. The breakfast good but not exceptional as the choices were limited. The front desk staff were incredibly good.

The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. It was very soft and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was very good, and I'm not usually a fan of hotel breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
