  • I will always stay at The Comfort Inn in Crystal Lake whenever I come back to see my family. Every single staff person is helpful and courteous. The star of this establishment is Mena. Mena is warm, kind and anticipated my needs. I felt like I was visiting a family member at this hotel because she exudes hospitality. The beds are comfy, I had plenty of everything I needed and it is very CLEAN. Great job to all the staff at The Comfort Inn and Suites in Crystal Lake.

  • Nice friendly staff. Neat and clean room. A lot of privacy and calm vibe..would go back in a heart beat. We had the whirlpool suite for a great price..hot tub was very relaxing and rejuvenating…loved every moment

  • We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Very clean, great staff, helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 days and had a great time. Our rooms were very clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

  • You will not find a better hotel and staff in Crystal Lake. These folks are AMAZING!! Sonny and Justin are quality individuals that put their customers first. They will treat you like family!! Highly Recommend!

  • My family ended up staying here last minute. The hotel that I had booked for us for the weekend in Algonquin was a hotel nightmare. Country Inn took my family last minute and made a bad day great. Forever grateful
