I've been staying at this hotel for 30+ years. Although, the ownership changed about 2 yrs ago, the service did not. The front desk staff are friendly and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Pete, who seem to be at the hotel a lot, always made sure the hotel was in good working order. Breakfast was the standard hotel menu. If you decide to stay at Country Inn & Suites, S. Dayton, Ohio you will not be disappointed. We will return next year!

A++++ Pete and his stall are amazing, A friendly smile in the afternoon from his staff, Pete walked around the hotel multiple times a day and when I asked him about that he told me he wanted make sure there are no issues with the outside of the property and it is clean, room did not smell like deodorizer the bathroom was clean, the shower was clean and the best part it did not need any maintenance, I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, I did not like the waffle maker instead of a one size waffle it makes three little ones which is a little hard to maneuver on the plate and can get messy when using a plastic nife/fork, I would recommend sausage patties and sliced cheese every day as I could’ve put them in between the two little waffles and made a breakfast waffle sausage sandwich, I will be back next year to visit the Wright, Patterson Air Force Base, and the Kil-Kare Dragstrip,

We are happy you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast as well. We are sorry you did not like the new waffle plates that make several small waffles at a time. We appreciate the constructive feedback. Honestly, some people said they like the small ones better, but perhaps in the future we can use both types. I agree that plastic knives and forks are not ideal for either, really. Thank you for the suggestion regarding making sandwiches with the little waffles. We are glad you plan to come back again (those are cool places to visit) and look forward to seeing you next year. Clean well taken care of room. Great price. Had features and amenities that other more expensive hotels did not. I have been too way worse 3 star hotels asking way more. Everything worked and was in great shape and incredibly clean. Cleaning staff that did our room deserves a raise. Internet was some of the best in a hotel and easy to connect to.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn in South Dayton. Great staff, nice room, comfortable bed, great location, free breakfast, very accommodating. Works absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Very clean and will kept.
