Everyone was super friendly and I appreciated our room being stocked with extra pillows and towels, since we were traveling with 3 children. I especially loved the fact we didn't get any shame about our 5 year old non-verbal autistic son. He threw a fit leaving the pool area and I was so embarrassed, I really thought mgmt was going to talk to us about it. Another amazing deed they did was mail us my husband's wallet that he left in the room! I'm so grateful for them contacting us and having it sent out right away. 10/10 would stay again!

I loved staying here everything went so smooth and they have a great breakfast, pool was the cherry on top, great costumer service perfect for family and kids thank you I definitely recommend it 100%.

Overall great experience staying here, we travel when it was snowing, hotel crew working hard to clean the paths for the guests. Easy check in/out. Room was good,the only bad thing was the restroom had hair on the floor.

Love the area, quiet and accessible. Love the free breakfast, free 24 hr coffee at the lobby and for cleaning our room and providing us with new towels while we’re away. Will come back again. My family enjoyed our stay here.

For the price, excellent breakfast and clean room. Stayed 4 nights-Not sure you will find anything better at this price point! Walls a little thin and my 11yr old son overheard something in the middle of the night that was awkward … but overall we just needed a homebase for exploring Sedona and the surrounding areas-would stay again!
