  • Upon checking in the person at the desk (Joy) was such a wonderful person. She made my day. I was tired and she was such a delight. The room was clean, the breakfast was awesome. The place was located close to everything. Planning another trip and would stay there again.

  • Very nice hotel . Will stay again . Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was nice also. Would like to have had some bottles water in room and more decaf coffee packs . Other than that everything was great. Location was perfect also.

  • I chose this hotel by reviews and location. I would definitely stay here again. Very conveniently located, staff very friendly, premises was very clean…and coffee was outstanding!! And I don’t even care much for coffee!! 😊

  • After3 years of staying here, we still love it. Be back next year! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good. The location in Helen was perfect. We were able to see Helen’s lights.

  • Our room was very clean, cute, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very close to the hotel which was very very convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites and we would do it again if we return to Helen in the future.
