Very Clean Hotel and a Friendly and courteous Staff. We always stay at the Country Inn in Lancaster when we are in town for dance competitions! Next door to the Tanger Outlets and many restaurants nearby.

excellent room, service and cleanliness very good rooms nice friendly people we always enjoy staying here, best hotel in the area. book early as it fills up quick. last time we were in area had to stay somewhere else and it was horrible. will only stay here from now on

We were very pleased with this facility. Check-in/out staff were very attentive and helpful. The facility was very clean and well appointed. We were upgraded to a premium room with a jacuzzi and it was a great room--very clean and spotless. My husband used the pool in the early morning hours and said it was clean and refreshing. While breakfast is included, it is Continental fare so it was on the basic side (no trays of any kind of eggs, meat or potatoes.....instead microwaveable bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches and also fresh waffle mix that you made yourself), but everything offered was fresh, well-stocked, even up to the end time for breakfast to be available,, and service staff was constantly there to replenish and clean up.

We always stay at this hotel, its very clean the rooms are in good shape. Breakfast is actually pretty good. Hot water no matter when you take a shower, water pressure is pretty good. We are very happy with this hotel, our only issue is the pillow situation. A king sized bed needs king size pillows. The bed pillow are tiny and pretty flat. Bring your own pillows trust me on that one. The location is in the heart of all the shopping and the amish stores are about 10 minutes away but you are close enough to get the aroma of the horse and buggy. If you have kids dutch wonderland is directly across the street as is the Nickelodeon hotel.

staff and facilities are awesome..most importantly the staff are great and will find a way to help you in all your needs and will patiently answer your question. this is my 2nd stay and i am really satisfied..
