This hotel is within easy commute distance to downtown Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs. On my latest trip from Virginia I was attending a funeral. In the past 16 years past I taught my daughter how to swim in the pool, read books with her from the free bookshelf, visited the Cleveland museums, and more. The hotel itself is clean, well managed, and friendly. Accommodations are excellent. Breakfast is really good. Bob Evans nearby for dinner.

The desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This is what is missing at so many hotels. Great breakfast. Overall Great experience - and the free chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies were icing on the cake!

rooms are to be remodeled starting in October. Some aspects of room (bathroom) were showing age, but in a few weeks those issues will be resolved. The front gardens were beautiful and cared for on a daily basis. The lobby and coffee area were always clean.

Won’t look around for a hotel any longer. A very nice facility. Very pleased. Comfortable room. Nice parking. Off of the main road. Quiet location. Large televisions. Great buffet breakfast. Nice showers.

Great place to stay. All the staff was friendly and outgoing on helping me. Thanks you all were great. The room was clean and very well taken care of. The breakfast was hot and good. The breakfast area was also clean and organized.
