ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! The moment you walk in is warm & inviting! The young man, Luke, was fantastic! He had the best customer service & very mellow, warm & inviting personality... he kinda reminded me of my 22y.o. son. I love the cleanliness THROUGHOUT the premises! The subtle details like offering hot tea & hot cocoa and even books to sit & read in the dining/ lobby area..10 🌟 They send texts to welcome you, check on you after checking in, when it's nearing check out & after you've checked out! Nothing annoying but more like that cute "I'm thinking of you" text from your boo!! We even had a hand written note from a staff member welcoming us 😍 I wish we could have stayed the entire weekend because everything was so perfect! The bed was amazing. Our room was spotless! I love the decor!! It's so different & gives a country/ modern boho vibe.. love it! My favorite thing was that Luke never once made me feel like he was appalled that my husband and I had a hotshot truck & would dare ask to be accommodated with parking. Luke was definitely the deciding factor for us to choose our stay there. Multiple other locations refused us. He even informed us that even though this location did not have laundry services available, we could go next for to the Hampton (as they are owned by the same entity). Thank you, Luke, for your incredible & subtle hospitality. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! ABSOLUTELY WOULD STAY AGAIN! Radisson brand is BY FAR my favorite & creating quite the gap for a runner up! I really hope we get to return to this specific hotel again!

I stayed here for 2 nights for business. When I tell you the customer service was FANTASTIC I’m not exaggerating. They texted me throughout my stay to ensure my stay was a pleasant one, and made my checkout a breeze! Thank you again!! I will DEFINITELY be back.

We enjoyed staying in this brand new, well-appointed hotel. The friendly staff welcomed our dog and were very helpful, even texting us after our departure to let us know we had left an item in the room. The free breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold foods and was the best we had experienced on our trip. The exercise area for dogs is large and grassy. If we had more time, we would have tried the ample-sized, heated outdoor pool.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly personable staff. Room was clean and although near the highway it was quiet. great rates. Breakfast had good choices. Although this was an overnight, on the road stop over, we would stay here again when passing through.

Stayed at this location going to Cedar Point and the room was clean, breakfast was great, check in and out was super quick and did an overnight stay and highly recommend to stay here and will be back again!!
