Don't get a room on the second floor above the breakfast area. Your room will fill at 5 am with the smell of cooking sausage. (chumsmom)

Elevator was quiet & not an issue, but people who check-in in late night & let their door slam can be. Doors need cushions on them (UStravelmaxx)

Always a great place to stay while going to Mayo Clinic. The shuttle service to the clinic is wonderful. The staff is excellent and rooms are clean and welcome after a tiring day at the clinic. Thank you Rochester North Country Inn and Suites!

The manager was extremely accommodating and kind. We were exhausted from being at Mayo Clinic all day long and he made an early check in possible and made the experience great! The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable!!

The hotel has a warm and cozy feeling when you walk in. The room was nice and clean! The breakfast was good in the morning ! Staff is professional and courtesy!! The value for what we paid was well worth it!!

Excellent shuttle service. Helpful friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Convenient breakfast. Free parking. Walking distance to eating establishments. Computer for the public is in the lobby. Easy to make reservations. They aim to please!

Checkin was great. Welcomed to motel. Room was clean. Did not receive the wake up call that was asked for. Shuttle driver to and from Mayo very personable. Close to restaurants. Would recommend if going to Mayo.
