The rooms needs to be upgraded but otherwise it was very clean and basic. The breakfast was really nice. Who doesn't like free hot breakfast with some options in the morning (that you didn't make)? Staff was outstanding. The bar attached to the hotel only serves beer and food, no liquor. But again, excellent staff, and food is rumored to be awesome. (I have yet to eat there) location is also a big plus. You can stumble in drunk from the many bars around downtown just dont fall in the river. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is within many downtown restaurants and attractions. Good parking and safe. The hotel manager is very accommodating and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I continue to stay at thus hotel.

You can walk to stores and restaurants and enjoy the walk along the river. The library is close as is the courthouse for doing family history research. The room was a very nice size, was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

We are glad we chose to stay here. Our king suite was a beautiful room. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food in the attached restaurant was excellent. It was a convenient place to stay for the concert we attended at Summit Event Hall.

Great staff, clean property, good breakfast. Found the property ideal for access to view the falls. Access to the old town is minutes away walking. Found "Monks" Tavern, a real find, with excellent beer and great food. Of course, the service was superb.
