Situated right along the Big Sioux River in the heart of downtown, our hotel offers a prime location for your next vacation or business trip to the city. Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD) is just three miles away, and both I-229 and I-29 are easily accessible.

From Sioux Falls Regional Airport

By car:

Exit the airport, turning right onto N Minnesota Avenue. Drive about two miles and turn left onto W 8th Street. In half a mile, the hotel will be on your left.

From I-29

By car:

Take Exit 79 and turn right (from I-29 N) or left (from I-29 S) onto W 12th Street. Drive east for 1.6 miles, continuing onto W 11th Street. Take a slight left onto N Franklin Avenue and then take the first left onto E 8th Street. The hotel will be on your right in about 0.3 miles.

From I-229

By car:

Take Exit 6 and turn right (from I-229 S) or left (from I-229 N) to drive west on E 10th Street. Drive for 1.1 miles and then turn right onto N Franklin Avenue. Turn left onto E 8th Street and continue for about 0.3 miles. The hotel will be on your right.
