How to find Radisson Hotel Ames Conference Center at ISU

Located within walking distance of Iowa State University Research Park, our hotel is just south of Highway 30 in Ames. We’re five miles west of I-35, which provides easy access from Des Moines International Airport (DSM) in under an hour. If you’re arriving by charter flight, Ames Municipal Airport (AMW) is less than two miles from the hotel. You can reach the ISU campus in minutes by car or CyRide public bus. A stop for the number 6 Brown line, which serves the university area, is steps from the hotel’s front door on University Boulevard.

From Des Moines International Airport

By car:

As you exit the airport, take a left on Fleur Drive. Head east on I-235, which will turn into I-35 N.

Take exit 111B (Iowa State University exit) to Highway 30. On Highway 30, go west to the third exit, 146/University Boulevard. Turn left, and the hotel will be on the right.

From Ames Municipal Airport

By car:

Turn left onto Airport Road. At the roundabout, exit onto Oakwood Road. Take the first right, and the hotel will be on your left.
