Meeting rooms

Ritz Ballroom

Ideal for conferences, weddings, and trade shows, our expansive Ritz Ballroom features 4.25-meter textured ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows for ample natural light. For more intimate events, divide the space into the Ritz A (179 square meters) and the Ritz B (240 square meters) meeting rooms.

Empress Room

High ceilings, modern neutral decor, and two large windows make the Empress Room an inviting space for business meetings and breakout sessions. This venue in the lower lobby includes a space just outside the room that can easily accommodate event registration tables.

Duchess Room

Host a business function or social event in the Duchess Room, located on the lower level with easy access to restrooms, the large staircase, and elevators. This space can be divided into the Duchess A (81 square meters) or the Duchess B (107 square meters) for more intimate events.

Viscount Boardroom

Impress your guests when you hold a meeting in our Viscount Boardroom with 4.25-meter ceilings, a solid wood conference table, and executive seating. A wall of frosted glass provides privacy as well as muted light. Conference calls can be arranged easily in this room so you can include outside clients.
