Classic American dishes, along with an impressive wine list, are on the menu when you visit Eighteen at the Radisson. Our revolving restaurant specializes in dry-aged steaks selected from the Midwest’s finest grain-fed beef, aged 30 days, and then hand-cut for maximum flavor and tenderness. Entrées such as linguine carbonara or Atlantic salmon are also available, and you can top off your meal with delightful desserts like crème brûlée or raspberry cheesecake.
