  • Great location. Great food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with this hotel and we travel a lot! We have had our share of bad experiences with other hotels but this one was exceptional! We would stay here again!

  • I have stayed at another international hotel chain property in León for years! The service kept getting worse, a friend recommended switching to Radisson Poliforum...I am so happy that I made the change! They are awesome! The service is 5+ star! Very clean, safe, and comfortable! I’ll be back many many times!

  • The service is awesome, great accommodations, safe location, clean and comfortable room, good amenities, all staff really friendly, good food at restaurant (we tried outside and it was way better but not cheaper in the hotel restaurant )

  • Friendly people. Clean installations and room, tasty food. My kids loved the pool. When we asked a little concern about the room location, the answer was awesome, they offered to us to change for other one immediately.
