Festival Ballroom
With 4,256 square feet of carpeted space, the Festival Ballroom is the hotel’s largest event venue. The 570-square-foot stage is ideal for conference presentations, and the 1,890-square-foot pre-function area features beautiful chandeliers for elegant weddings. A dance floor may be added on request.

Calypso Lounge
This 12th-floor event space offers your guests panoramic views from its outdoor terrace. The Calypso Lounge boasts carpeted floors, a built-in stage, and a dance floor, making it ideal for wedding receptions and festive social events.

San Fernando Room
Warm, natural light is a highlight of the San Fernando Room. This venue is the right size for a large anniversary celebration or a corporate meeting. Order a customized menu for your reception or meeting breaks.

T & T North Room
Featuring large windows with views of the Northern Range and northwestern peninsula, this carpeted 12th-floor venue can seat up to 100 guests for a business conference or awards banquet. Enhance your event with a custom menu for luncheons or between-session snacks.

Teak Room
An intimate setting makes this first-floor meeting room ideal for small gatherings or training sessions. Excellent audiovisual support ensures flawless presentations.

Chaconia Room
Your guests can enjoy expansive views of the Northern Range and the eastern side of Port of Spain during your strategic team meeting in the Chaconia Room. When it’s time to get back to business, our customized catering and audiovisual support can help attendees stay energized throughout your event.

Bougainvillea Room
Located on the 12th floor, the Bougainvillea Room offers views of the Northern Range and the northeastern side of Port of Spain. This intimate meeting space is ideal for small meetings or breakout sessions.

Boardroom
The Boardroom is an excellent choice for small business or committee meetings. Located on the first floor, the room offers comfortable seating in leather chairs. High-speed wireless internet and a whiteboard help you keep guests engaged during your presentation.
