Wasatch Ballroom
Approximate size: 5,635 ft² | Capacity: 766

Boasting a neutral color palette, the Wasatch Ballroom provides a beautiful backdrop for events like award ceremonies and milestone celebrations. You can take advantage of the full square footage for elegant weddings or divide the space into four areas for conference breakout sessions.

2nd Level Foyer

Approximate size: 2,604 ft² | Capacity: 154

Connecting the Wasatch Ballroom and other second-floor meeting spaces such as Red Butte, Millcreek, and Parleys, our hotel’s 2nd Level Foyer is an exceptional space for mingling between conference sessions or setting up exhibition tables.

Cottonwood

Approximate size: 1,508 ft² | Capacity: 154

Our Cottonwood meeting room is located just off the hotel lobby and adjacent to Copper Canyon Grill House & Tavern, making it the perfect location for a working lunch. The space, which is divisible into two sections, offers a private foyer and a registration or reception area.

Parleys

Approximate size: 1,497 ft² | Capacity: 150

Event planners choose the Parleys meeting room for its natural light, tall ceilings, and versatile seating arrangements. Conveniently located in the second-floor conference center, this space also divides into two sections for more intimate gatherings.

Blue Spruce

Approximate size: 927 ft² | Capacity: 80

One of our comfortable conference suites, the Blue Spruce is positioned on the hotel’s third floor and boasts a private meeting space with a variety of setup options and natural light.

Red Butte

Approximate size: 813 ft² | Capacity: 50

Reserve the beautiful Red Butte meeting room for corporate luncheons, bridal showers, or training seminars. The space is situated across from the Wasatch Ballroom so it’s an excellent choice for conference breakout sessions as well.

Millcreek

Adjacent to the Red Butte room and across from the Wasatch Ballroom, our Millcreek event venue offers an ideal location for breakout sessions or standalone business meetings. Ask our friendly team for catering assistance.

Aspen

Approximate size: 450 ft² | Capacity: 50

Located among the guest rooms on the third floor, the Aspen event space is easily accessible in the morning for your overnight guests. This room offers natural light. 

Cedar

Approximate size: 450 ft² | Capacity: 50 | Dimensions: 25 ft x 18 ft

Offering natural light, this 450-square-foot conference suite on our third floor makes a great option for smaller corporate meetings or sports team huddles.

Emigration

Approximate size: 453 ft² | Capacity: 30

Positioned in the heart of our second-floor conference center, the Emigration event venue is perfect for breakout sessions or training seminars. The room is often used as an office space during large-scale conferences, conventions, and other multiday events.

Juniper

Approximate size: 430 ft² | Capacity: 50

Offering natural light and accommodating a wide variety of setup options, Juniper provides a flexible and private space for anything from small family reunions to corporate presentations.
