Forest Ballroom

Host a family reunion, sports banquet, or business conference with up to 800 guests in our newly renovated Forest Ballroom, the largest ballroom in Northeast Philly. With the 50-by-30-foot dance floor added, the venue accommodates up to 400 people for weddings or social events. Oversize doors provide access for vehicles and large exhibits, props, and decor. This venue accommodates up to 70 exhibits (eight by three feet) and can also be divided into six smaller rooms.

Walnut Ballroom
Approximate size: 4,200 ft² | Capacity: 500

Need space for your wedding reception? You can invite up to 170 guests for dinner and dancing in our Walnut Ballroom, which features round tables surrounding a large dance floor. Take advantage of on-site catering and audiovisual equipment to ensure a memorable experience. The space can accommodate up to 250 dinner guests without the dance floor and up to 500 guests for theater-style events.

Hemlock, Pine, and Spruce meeting rooms
Approximate size: 988 ft² each | Capacity: 75 each

Choose from our three 988-square-foot meeting rooms—Pine, Hemlock, and Spruce—and enjoy amenities like flexible seating, catering service, and audiovisual equipment rental. Depending on how you choose to set up the room, you can add tables with linens and cushioned chairs for extra comfort.

Boardroom I and II
Approximate size: 494 ft² each | Capacity: 45 each

Impress your guests with a presentation in one of our two boardrooms. Boardroom I features windows that overlook the hotel interior, while Boardroom II boasts a large bank of windows that flood the space with natural light. Other touches like wall-to-wall carpet create a comfortable feel for your meeting or special event.
