President Ballroom
Host a conference, seminar, or wedding reception in our spacious ballroom. The venue can be divided into three salons to facilitate smaller events.

Cambie
Use this meeting room to host a training event for up to 80 attendees, or divide the space into two smaller rooms for breakout sessions.

Richmond Room
This crescent-shaped room is perfect for receptions of up to 100 guests. The unique meeting space offers flexible seating arrangements so you can configure the room to meet your event needs.

Bridgeport
Invite up to 70 guests for an intimate reception in this meeting space. The venue also can be divided into two smaller rooms that are ideal for classroom setups or a boardroom-style arrangement.

Governor’s Boardroom
Seat 14 guests comfortably in our inviting boardroom, which features a large table surrounded by leather chairs and a built-in pull-down projection screen.

Plaza Room
Slightly larger than our Dinsmore Room, the Plaza Room is accessible from our beautiful prefunction area that overlooks an elegant grand staircase. You can host a variety of events, from a board meeting of up to 16 to a conference of up to 40.

Dinsmore Room
Gather up to 40 guests for a presentation in a theatre-style setup in this meeting space. If you need to serve a meal for a reception of up to 35, take advantage of our full catering menus.

Vice Regal Room
Host a roundtable affair for up to 40 guests. Our full catering menus are sure to impress both you and your guests. The space can also accommodate board meetings and classroom-style events.
