Terms and conditions
*By participating in the “2021 Radisson Rewards Americas Double Elite Nights/Stays Offer” (“Promotion”), you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Radisson Rewards Americas member (“Member”); (ii) Complete Eligible Stays between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). Members will enjoy a fast track to Elite Status – based on the number of stays/nights completed (receiving double stay/night credit) during the Promotion Period. “Elite Status” means an individual Member’s status in Radisson Rewards Americas with different and/or additional program benefits according to status, as determined by Radisson Hotels Americas from time to time in its sole discretion. The Promotion is available at hotels in the Americas including Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Radisson Individuals, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson hotels in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean only (collectively, “Participating Properties”). Promotion eligibility, points and Elite status are non-transferable.
Elite Nights/Stays Thresholds for Elite Status:
With the Promotion, Members will earn a fast track to Elite Status, granting all Members double stays/nights towards achieving or maintaining Elite Status for Eligible Stays during the Promotion Period at Participating Properties. Elite Status thresholds are as follows:
- To achieve Platinum Elite Status, Member must complete at least 60 Eligible Nights or 30 Eligible Stays in one calendar year;
- To achieve Gold Elite Status, Member must complete at least 30 Eligible Nights or 20 Eligible Stays in one calendar year;
- To achieve Silver Elite Status, Member must complete least 9 Eligible Nights or 6 Eligible Stays in one calendar year.
"Eligible Stay(s)" means one or more consecutive Eligible Nights at the same hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs that occur during that stay. “Eligible Nights” means a night at a Participating Property that is booked at an Eligible Rate. An “Eligible Rate” is a rate identified in the hotel’s reservation system as eligible for points, an Award Night redemption stay, or a Points + Cash redemption stay. Eligible Stays/Nights that were consumed between January 1, 2021 and June 16, 2021 can have occurred at any Radisson Hotel Group property worldwide. Eligible Stays/Nights between June 17, 2021 and December 31, 2021, must occur only at Radisson Hotel Americas properties in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. A limit of up to 20 Elite nights will be awarded per stay. See the Radisson Rewards Americas Terms and Conditions for more information.
Eligible 2021 stay(s) and night(s) for dates between June 17, 2021 and December 31, must be booked via the Radisson Hotels Americas mobile app, the Radisson Rewards Americas Reservation Center or radissonhotelsamericas.com/rewards. Both the check in and check out dates of the Eligible Stay(s) must take place during the Promotion Period.
Eligible 2021 stay(s) and night(s) for dates between January 1, 2021 and June 16, 2021, must have been booked via the Radisson Hotels mobile app, the Radisson Rewards Reservation Center or radissonhotels.com/rewards. Both the check in and check out dates of the Eligible Stay(s) must take place during the Promotion Period.
Stays booked using an ineligible booking source such as an Online Travel Agent (sometimes referred to as “OTA”), as well as and free stays (e-Certs), are NOT eligible.
When a Member qualifies for Elite Status, the Member will maintain that status through the following Program year, which runs from March 1 to February 28/29. Elite status will be granted when points are awarded for the final Eligible Stay required to achieve each Elite Status.
