II have been staying at this property for 8 years several times a year and we always return because of the service, cleanliness, safe and family environment. This hotel is highly recommended. You will like it like us

This was one of my favorite hotels of all times. We hope to return for a longer visit. The rooms were huge, the grounds were beautiful along with a spectacular view. The pool was gorgeous and the restaurant was wonderful.

The Hotel overlooks Guadalajara and is beautiful. From the staff at checkin to the maids or cleaning staff to the restaurant staff were all Great and professional. I recommend this Hotel in Guadalajara!

Internet connection needs to be improved. Very low speed or poor connection. In general terms hotel is good. Due to hotel is in the middle of the woods, the hotel requires to apply a better plague control

Loved it better than expected! Clean and very nice customer Service extremely helpful the balcony was a very nice touch as well. The shower was amazing high pressure however we did experience bit of a problem with the drainage not going down fast enough. Would definitely recommend❤️
