How to become a Silver member
- Register for the SME Silver Upgrade offer using your Radisson Rewards membership number.
- Complete three point-eligible stays at any Radisson Hotel Group hotel(s) by April 30, 2021. Please note that your Radisson Rewards member number must be included on each reservation.
- Your membership will be upgraded to Silver status after the completion of your third stay.
- Registered members who complete their three eligible stays between January 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021 will enjoy Silver-member status through February 28, 2022.

Silver upgrade FAQs
Q: I just completed my third stay at a Radisson Hotel Group property. When can I start using my Silver benefits?
A: Your upgrade will be awarded once your points have been posted to your account. Please allow five business days from the day you check out for your points and upgrade to be awarded. You will be notified by email once your upgrade is complete.
Q: How long will my Silver upgrade last?
A: Your upgrade is valid through February 28, 2022.
Q: I received an email with my new member number. When will I get a physical member card?
A: If you set your preference to receive a physical Silver membership card, it will automatically be sent to you following your qualifying stay. Please allow four to six weeks to receive your physical card in the mail.

The Small + Medium Enterprises (SME) Upgrade Offer (“Offer”) is valid only for use by SME program members and the travelers for whom they book hotels.
